Joe Lam, Vice President of Operations - XVDTH (USA)
Joe Lam has more than nineteen years of engineering and operations experience at technology companies, providing leadership and management expertise to both local and overseas operations. As Vice President of Aura Systems, Mr. Lam restructured the company to streamline operations and manufacturing, and refocus the business on it's core strength and technology. Joe was a co-founder of Alaris, Inc. where he was Vice President of Operations. In this role, he has taken several novel consumer audio/video products successfully from concept into production. Excelled at developing OEM business with clients such as Philips, SonicBlue, Compaq and Earthlink, he also worked with IBM and NexGen to help bring their proprietary processors to market and earned best supplier award for the company. Earlier he worked in hardware system design at National Semiconductor and Everex Systems. Mr. Lam holds a BSc. (Hon.) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from University of Birmingham, United Kingdom
Morris Lai, Director of Finance & Administration
Ms. Lai has almost twenty years of experience in finance and administration, within both large and small enterprises. Morris has for the most part been engaged in early stage technology companies including positions with XVD Corporation, Digital Stream, Alaris, and Bit software. At each of these she contributed significantly to their corporate financial governance. Ms.Lai was also employed for some time in the human resources organization of Johnson & Johnson Ltd. Ms. Lai received a BSc. in Business administration from Chadwick University, together with an accounting certification from Maria College, and undertook further studies in Inventory Management at Chabot College.
